Love, love, love blogging!

Hey! I have a new reader...in France! Can you believe it? France! The world of blogging makes the world seem so small. I pulled up my whatever you call it...my tracker, where it tells me where everyone is accessing my blog from....Seems I have some faithful readers in Ohio, and some faithful readers on the East Coast, which I don't really remember the city. But it is interesting to me none the less...and now France! I also find of interest what search terms bring up my blog. I'll have to make a list and post them on here, cuz some were quite humorous.

On yet another humorous note...I went out to the garage yesterday morning to come to work, and the first surprise was that my car was outside, not in the garage. (Evidently, driving it 8 more feet into the garage was just too much) -- and the garage door was open. Ummmmmmm, ok. But the oddest part was the large bag of movie popcorn that was on top of my car and subsequently spread all over my car by various animals of the neighborhood. Now...why do I not wonder so much about that and just get in my car and leave for work? All in a day's craziness for the Ruchus I guess. So, Stephanie called me on her way to school and I told her the story about the popcorn to which she replied, "Oh yeah, there's popcorn in the street." Seemed the local animals had quite a time and appreciated the snack. Sooo, since this situation had piqued my interest, I had to ask my husband last night....can you explain the whole popcorn on the car, car left out, garage door open episode from last night? "Really?" he said, "The car was left out? The door was open? Oh, and about the popcorn....that was left over from the movie and I told Brennan to bring it in." That was it...no real explanation, nothing to put the pieces into place...

Secondly, because one of my BFF's does not have a blog...I sure have to share some of her crazy stories. The other night she was in the living room while her husband was in the kitchen making a shake. He walked into the living room carrying a tall thin glass with his shake in it. His wife said to him..."You know that's a vase right?!?" OMG! They crack me up...

Finally, let's talk about TV a moment...for which it appears there may actually be something to speak about soon. First....IDOL...LOVE Michael Johns, LOVE Danny Archiletta, LOVE the Cuban Hernadez guy. The girls....LOVE the Filipino girl (name starts with M, can't pronounce it or spell it...LOVE the thin African American girl (Her name escapes me also...) Let's be real, they are not very memorable. DO NOT LOVE...the crazy nurse. Why does she look 40 when she is 22? Why is she a fashion nightmare? Why is she on idol? Has anyone checked, is she on votefortheworst.com ? I surely have to check into that today. Simon has been hot, as usual, this season...and Paula? Can we say...rehab? Although I did really like her new music video.

OK, next...the Bachelor...did anyone know it starts anew next week? AND that 'where are they now' was on last night? I watched it and TIVO'd it for Steph...really, not too much love happening with the former Bachelor's although a few of them got really good jobs from being on the show. Ryan and Trista's baby Max is just super cute, and I still love them as a couple. Finally...two hour finale of October Road....I had a headache after watching it....so much Drama...So sad for Janet...really ROOSTER? What was she thinking, and will they (she and Eddie) get back together? And the plot sure thickens with Ray...I do believe he is evil...it just hasn't surfaced yet. So, while watching all this TV...3 hours, which is the most I've watched in a week, let alone one night...did I work on the scrap room or get my homework done? No, and Yes....No scraproom, Yes Homework :) I told Sarah I'm so glad we are on a schedule because it sure keeps me committed and on target...So tonight I have a client and a group, so no work then, but tomorrow...Scrap Room night! Actually, I did go out looking at new bins for storage for room, and found these which I love because you can actually see what's in them without taking them down...and then I found some awesome canvas totes that were black with big brushed nickel grommets on the end that would be perfect to hold an embellished tag for a label...too cute! So, I guess I did do a little 'Scrap work'...if you call shopping work :) Through my store visits, I determined what I really need is this . Organizing, is REALLY not my strong suit. So, I am so grateful to have Sarah to help me through my organizational challenges! Thanks Girl!

Stephanie is busy this week with musical practice every night. She is in HHS's Hello Dolly. 4 shows this weekend. She got moved to the front row and center in last nights rehearsal for doing everything right (That's my girl!). So...I have to miss 2 shows this week, but surely will be there for the other two. It's a bit funny because I saw this same musical when my niece went to HHS. Hope to take my 2 small friends to the matinee on Sunday...Can't wait!

This is perhaps the longest post of all time...sorry :) I planned our next scrap night...we're having a birthday party for Anne & Sarah...should be a great time! We will have lots of scrapping, hopefully a computer lesson from Candi on putting widgets on blogs (see girl, now you're on the agenda!), a baked potato bar (yummmm), birthday cake, AND the unveiling of my new scrap room...Can't wait! The big day is Friday, March 21. Should be a great time!

I believe I've covered it top to bottom for today...

until next time...

When I find popcorn on the floor, I don't even wonder who or what has left it there! I KNOW the guilty persons. I can't imagine even any wild animal lurking around. Just my day to day life, not they eat popcorn every days, but whatever they eat, they leave a "trace". They're my "wild children".
